When we pray, we tend to pray for things we want and even things we think we need rather than for God’s will to be done in our lives. But eventually, this ends up hurting us more than it helps.
Two words that we have all heard at one time or another. “Don’t Worry”. Easier said than done, am I right?
“I’m so worried. What if I don’t pass this test? I am struggling in this nursing program and I really feel like this is what I’m supposed to do.” Don’t worry. You got this. God’s called you to this and He will help you.
“I’m 30 years old and have no prospects for marriage. I really want to find someone to spend my life with and have a family.” Don’t worry! The right person is out there for you, I just know it!
No matter what our “worries” may be, whenever we hear someone say ‘don’t worry’, it can often feel like they don’t care, or are perhaps just trying to gently brush us off so they don’t have to “deal with our problems”.
Hey there. Let me introduce myself. My name is Jessica. I started writing this article a few months ago not knowing what I was writing it for, and as I revisited it to finish it for “His Endless Love” I felt like God whisper to me Erase what you wrote and give Me the blank page. So I copied all that I had typed out, pressed delete, and now I start fresh.
